Charades Terms & Conditions

  1. Competition open to UK residents aged 18 and over, other than employees (and their families) of the Promoter, their agents and anyone else professionally associated with the draw, including We7 Limited.
  2. One entry per person per day. No purchase necessary.
  3. To enter the free prize draw competition, participants must visit www.fiat.co.uk/talking500 and create a Charades login. Participants will be sent a daily email, with a link to a different charade each day. The charade will be acted out in the form of an online video, where hand gestures will express a concept of popular culture, such as a film or a song. The participant must use their skill to interpret what is being expressed, and submit their answer in a freeform text field.
  4. All correct entries received each day will be entered into a daily prize draw. Correct entries are those which match the answer determined in advance by the Promoter and communicated to a third party adjudicator prior to the start of the competition.
  5. Incomplete, incorrect or illegible entries are invalid.
  6. The competition will run from Monday to Friday during 19 April 2010 to 2 May 2010. The daily draw will take place at midnight 00.00 each day, when a new charade video will replace the video of the previous day on the website. The Charade available for play each Friday will remain available for play until Midnight the following Sunday to allow game play during the weekend. Participants will be sent an email at 10am each morning with a link to that day’s charade. The current charade is available for play from 00.00 midnight each day until 00.00 midnight the following day. Charades from previous days will be available to view along with the correct answers in the Charades archive within the website.
  7. The first entry drawn under supervision of an independent adjudicator each day will receive one annual premium subscription to the We7 music download service (worth £120.00).
  8. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of each draw. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within one week of notification. In the event that a winner fails to confirm acceptance of their prize, they will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn.
  9. To claim their prize, We7 subscription winners will need to register online with We7 and provide the Promoter with their username and email address in order to be authorised as a premium subscriber.
  10. The prize winners’ names and counties will be made available by sending a SAE to Charades Competition, Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd, Fiat House, Marketing department, 240 Bath Road, SL1 4DX within 60 days of the final prize draw.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for one of equal or greater value. No cash alternative. Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter in writing, prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter also reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  12. The Promoter will use personal data collected: (i) for the purposes of the promotion; (ii) with the user consent, to send you future Fiat 500 information and updates from Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd you might be interested in; and (iii) in accordance with its privacy policy.   13. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
